Data Discourse Discovery
Niani 3D is a subsidiary of Niani Analytics and Consulting that focuses on providing data-driven community problem solutions. The work of Niani 3D is quantitive applied research consisting of meta-analysis, original research, the instance of interviews to find statistical data on issues in the Black community and for other communities of color. The solutions are designed to address issues that directly affect members of the African Diaspora in the Western world. Solutions provided are based in data collected and analyzed by Monique Law, specialized community solutions architect. The issues include but aren’t limited to topics in education, finance, integration, politics, family structure, religion, and mental and physical well being. Monique’s work explores the question “why am I the way I am?” and seeks to leave people with a better understanding of why they do the things they do and equip them to continue asking questions that lead to a higher sense of being.

Data
Niani 3D values data. We conduct data collection and analysis of topics that are of interest to the experience of members of the African Diaspora in the Western world. The work here is to uncover patterns, themes, and anomalies that help explain the position and condition of people and how they can explain or be altered to improve life quality.
Discourse
Niani 3D uses discourse to explore the gathered and analyzed data to uncover truths housed therein. This part of the work unlocks once obscured solutions to community problems. We expound on our findings and the findings of others to make connections and share information.
Discovery
Discovery is the area in which we are able to create and execute plans based on data found and discussed to solve on the ground community problems. From this point, members of the African Diaspora in the Western world can learn more about themselves, take strides to correct and improve their own experiences, and begin the process again of learning and ultimately healing.
